1. Who we are, and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and InnerBloom, the operator of innerbloomquiz.com. They apply whenever you visit the site, take the quiz, or purchase a report. By using InnerBloom, you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — we'll part as friends.

2. What InnerBloom is

InnerBloom is a short personality quiz. After you finish, we show you a free preview of your results, and you can choose to purchase a full personalized report — a longer, written profile generated from your answers, including a personal reading created in part with AI writing tools. The report is delivered as a private web page and a downloadable PDF, and we also email you a link so you can find it again.

3. What InnerBloom is not

This matters, so we'll say it plainly: InnerBloom is for self-reflection, personal growth, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or screen for any condition. Your quiz results and report are a mirror for reflection, not a clinical instrument, and they should never replace the judgment of a qualified professional. If you're struggling with your mental or physical health, please reach out to a licensed provider.

4. You need to be 18

InnerBloom is written for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site and to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

5. Your purchase

The full report is a one-time purchase of $19 USD. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no hidden upsell attached to it — you pay once and the report is yours. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; the charge will appear on your statement as INNERBLOOM QUIZ. Delivery is immediate: as soon as your payment goes through, your report page unlocks and your PDF becomes available, and we send an email with your permanent link.

6. Your license to the report

When you purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to read, download, print, and keep it for your own personal use. Share a screenshot with a friend, print it, save it forever — all fine. What the license doesn't cover is commercial use: please don't resell, republish, or redistribute the report or its contents as your own product or service.

8. Acceptable use

We keep this simple. When using InnerBloom, you agree not to:

• attempt to break, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• scrape, copy, or harvest the site's content, questions, or artwork for reuse elsewhere;
• use the site to harass anyone, impersonate anyone, or do anything unlawful;
• make a purchase with payment details you're not authorized to use.

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who violates these terms.

9. Our content

Everything on InnerBloom — the quiz questions, archetype names and descriptions, illustrations, design, and report templates — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your purchased report is licensed to you as described above; the rest of the site's content stays ours.

10. Honest limits: accuracy and availability

We put real care into the quiz and the writing, and we think you'll love your report. That said, personality frameworks are interpretive by nature, and parts of your report are generated with AI based on your answers — so we can't promise every line will feel perfectly true to you. We also can't promise the site will be available every moment without interruption, though we work hard to keep it that way. InnerBloom is provided "as is," without warranties beyond what the law requires.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnerBloom's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us — $19 for a report purchase, or $0 if you only used the free quiz. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms takes away rights the law says you always have.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes apply going forward; your purchase is always governed by the terms in effect when you bought.

13. Governing law

InnerBloom is operated from and offered to customers in the United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
