Refund Policy

The short version: if your report isn't right for you, email hello@innerbloomquiz.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $19 — no questions asked, no forms, no "are you sure" screens.
Our 7-day money-back guarantee
We want you to buy your report with zero hesitation, so every purchase is covered by a simple promise: if you ask within 7 days of your purchase, you get your money back. All of it. You don't need to give a reason, prove anything, or answer follow-up questions — "I'd like a refund" is enough. It genuinely is no-questions-asked.
How to ask for a refund
Pick whichever is easier:
- Email us at hello@innerbloomquiz.com — ideally from the email address you used for the quiz, so we can find your order right away.
- Reply to your receipt — the emailed receipt you received after purchase. Just reply with "refund please" and we'll handle the rest.
If you write from a different email address, include the address you used for the quiz or the name on the receipt so we can locate your purchase.
How your refund is processed
Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to the original payment method you used — we can't send a refund to a different card or account. Once we issue it (usually within one business day of your request), the money typically appears back on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The refund confirmation from Stripe will land in your inbox as soon as we've processed it.
What happens after a refund
One fair trade-off: once your refund is issued, your access to the report ends — the web link stops working and the PDF is no longer available to download. If you change your mind later, you're always welcome to purchase again.
After the 7 days
The guarantee window is 7 days from the moment of purchase. If you've missed it but something went genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, a payment error, a report that never arrived — email us anyway. We're reasonable people and we'll make it right.
