Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to build and deliver your report — your email, an optional first name, your birth date, and your quiz answers. We never sell your personal data, your card details never touch our servers, and we never share your quiz answers or birth date with advertisers. Want anything deleted? One email does it: hello@innerbloomquiz.com.
1. What we collect
The personal information InnerBloom stores:
- Your email address — so we can send your results.
- Your first name (optional) — only if you share it, so your report can greet you by name.
- Your birth date — a quiz question, used to personalize your report.
- Your quiz answers — the choices you make, including the optional free-text question, which are the raw material for your results.
- Purchase records — if you buy a report, we keep the order details (what, when, how much, and its payment reference) to deliver it and handle refunds.
Like nearly every website, our servers also keep routine technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- To create and deliver your report — your answers, birth date, and first name are what make it yours, and your email is how we send it.
- To stay in touch — your receipt, your results link, and (only if you opted in) occasional letters you can unsubscribe from with one tap.
- To improve the product — we look at how people move through the quiz in aggregate.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data — not to data brokers, not to "partners," not to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us run InnerBloom, each only to the extent it needs to do its job:
- Payment processing — card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). Your card details go straight to it and never touch our servers; we only receive confirmation of payment and the order record.
- Report generation — your report is mostly drawn from our own written archetype library; one part of it, your personal reading, is generated with the help of a third-party provider that processes your quiz answers solely to write that section. It does not use your information for its own purposes or to train its models.
- Email delivery — an email provider handles your address and name only to send our messages to you.
- Advertising measurement — see section 4.
- Hosting — our servers are operated by a hosting provider.
We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it. That's the whole list.
4. Cookies and advertising measurement
We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that keep the site working securely (like the cookie that protects forms from forgery), and cookies set by the Meta Pixel described below. We don't run any other third-party trackers, analytics suites, or ad networks.
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work, we use the Meta Pixel in your browser together with Meta's server-side Conversions API. These report when key steps happen — a page view, quiz start, email submission, or purchase — along with the technical details Meta uses to match those events to ad views, such as your IP address, browser information, Meta's cookie identifiers, and in some cases a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address.
We never share your quiz answers or your birth date with Meta or any other advertising platform. Advertisers only ever learn that a step happened — never what you answered or what your report says.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep your quiz results and report so your link keeps working — many people revisit their report months later. Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Everything else follows a simple rule: if you ask us to delete your data, we delete it.
6. Your choices
- See your data — email us and we'll send you a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Delete your data — email us and we'll erase your quiz answers, results, and contact details. (We may need to keep a minimal purchase record where tax law requires it.)
- Stop hearing from us — tap unsubscribe in any email, or just ask.
For any of these, write to hello@innerbloomquiz.com from the email address you used, and we'll take care of it promptly — no forms, no hoops.
7. Who InnerBloom is for
InnerBloom is operated from the United States and written for a US audience, and this policy is designed with US privacy law in mind. The site is for adults — it isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. We will never quietly start selling data or sharing your answers with advertisers — that's a promise, not a policy.
9. Questions?
Privacy questions go to the same inbox as everything else, and a human reads it: hello@innerbloomquiz.com.
